Hi all is it essential to hit all of your metrics each day to loose weight ? I’m finding it difficult as I’m not hungry enough !

If you have relatively ‘normal’ hunger and satiety signals, you can rely on those to eat sufficiently. If you don’t, well you’ll probably have to weigh and measure. Total energy expenditure is the sum of what you eat plus what’s available in you. One of the benefits of keto is that if you pay attention to hunger, you will be able to eat less and burn more body fat without slowing down your metabolism (much). If you feel hungry before meals, that’s OK. It’s just your body’s way of saying “It’s time to eat”. If you feel hungry before, after meals and generally all day, that’s not OK. It’s your body’s way of warning you that “there’s not enough fuel in here and we’re going to start shutting down stuff”.
