Essences

Where do you buy your essences or flavorings. I found a recipe for liquid Stevia and want to add some different flavors.

I think Richard mentioned a place before so if anyone wrote that down that would be great.

I’ve gotten liquid stevia with flavors (I’ve only tried vanilla) from Amazon.com, but I’ve also seen some varieties at Whole Foods as well.

Lorann Oils are available on Amazon, they’re designed for flavoring candy but don’t have any carbs.

If you’re looking for extracts, best flavors dot com has quite the selection. I bought a Lorann’s from Amazon, it has ingredients I’m avoiding.

What ingredients does it have that you are avoiding.

The only place I’ve been able to find ingredients is here and I question whether it’s accurate without any source.

Very true. I got lorann’s and was really disappointed with the ingredients plus how they tastes in various foods.

In Australia you can buy liquid Stevia in Woolworths, but I’ve only seen the unflavoured version. Baking Pleasures was the place @richard referred to: https://bakingpleasures.com.au/

I’ve just had confirmation of an order being posted out today and can’t wait for them to arrive for me to try!
