Hey man, first I want to tell you I really enjoy the positivity of your posts. I haven’t been on this forum long, but already I’ve found that I’ll see one of your posts in the morning and it helps set the tone for my day.
This one reminded me of something funny that’s really helping me out this time around on keto. I mentioned in another thread that I did keto for a few months last year but never was able to escape carb cravings, possibly because of my sweet tooth and reliance on sweeteners. This time, I have none, which is so awesome! But when I look at anything carb-loaded, all I see is insulin!! I had an unopened box of lowfat/low-calorie ice cream sandwiches for a full two weeks before I gave it away. I’d look at it and think “do I want a frozen insulin snack? nope” and close the freezer door. Same walking by the bakery section at Whole Foods with all the croissants, scones, and baguettes. Insulin, insulin, insulin. So funny, but it’s working!
So awesome! I because I’m the same way now myself. I still enjoy the smell of fresh baked anything but hats where it ends for me. I love the smell of flowers but I don’t eat them…I love the smell of fresh baked bread but I don’t eat it either

Hi all, I walk down our high street in the UK and all I now see is all the Fast Food shops that are Carbfests and people wonder why society is getting fatter. No real food, all processed carbs, low fat, high sugar. And I’m the one who gets all the time “you’ll kill yourself on that Keto Diet ”
Oh we really live in the Matrix it is our job to get everyone to take the RED PILL and help them escape in to our KETO world!
