Hi, sorry if there is already a topic on this, but I didn’t find one when I searched. I’m having this strange feeling where I feel like I have energy to keep going and get stuff done, but yet I feel like my head is tired or foggy brained…I’m not sure if I am actually tired (because I do go go go all day long) or if I’m lacking in something. Has anyone else ever felt like this?

Make sure you are hydrated and sodium levels are good. 2+ teaspoons of sodium (8 grams) over the course of your day and up to 2 liters of water will ensure most keto “flu” symptoms don’t appear.
If that doesn’t help, you can try adding a small amount of coconut oil to your morning coffee. The MCTs will go straight to your liver and send ketones directly to your brain. That should improve cognitive function in no time. Just be moderate about the CO if you have never tried it before. Some people’s digestive systems don’t agree with CO very well. A teaspoon should be a good sample size.
Actually its funny you say that! I was like “well maybe im hungry and just dont feel like it” so i just ate a spoon of CO right before i headed tona self defense class and by the time class started i felt better!
