I’m new to Keto. My energy is crashing after workout. What type of food is good before and after workouts?

I found HWC helping before and after like 50 grams each time

You might just need some electrolytes. I’ll add some Himalayan sea salt in some water and it does wonders for my workout energy.

It gets better once you’re adapted, could just be you need to give it more time. Manage your electrolytes, be sure to get enough salt, and be patient.

I was experiencing the same thing. It completely resolved by having salted water before and after. I couldn’t believe that such a simple addition could be so transformative! I didn’t think it would do anything and was almost too skeptical to try it but I’m delighted I did. My workouts are hard, high intensity and 60 minutes in duration, with heavy weights yet this simple salt drink sorts me out :woman_shrugging: I have consistent energy for the day after with no need for a nap.
