I wanted to do 21 days but stopped on 17. I felt fine but my weight loss stalled the last 3 i hadnt lost anything. I lost 20 lbs , need to lose another 20-30lbs. I broke the fast with broth at work which was extremely salty…went home had some bone broth an tried a small salad with olive oil. My stomach handled it fine but got on scale today an gained 3 lbs!! So today going to just have small salad and water…eventually want to do intermittent fasting. I gotta figure this out. I dont really know keto an ive been reading alot about it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I think the best place to start is episode 89:
Most people don’t start with an extended fast straight away. Being in ketosis and fat adapted will make it all much easier.
