I think you need to channel your inner dude. A dude would be imagining eating a large number of eggs as part of a training montage. A dude would be like, "All these people lookin’ at me, I must be getting SWOLE!’ Then he would just flex at anyone he caught looking at him. It wouldn’t matter if he was actually jacked or not, he would do it anyway.

You could also point out that 4 eggs and a couple of slices of bacon have fewer calories than their cake disguised as a muffin, or a bagel.
