I have been on and off of keto for over a year and I have lost around 53lbs since. This time I started and was on day 9 and had lost 8.6lbs since day 1. I got lightheaded, blurry vision and was not feeling well. When I checked my heart it was raising from 65 to 165 within minutes. I panicked called 911 and all my blood work was beautiful. They can’t find nothing wrong with me. Since that day is happening often and I have been to the ER 3 times with no answers. They insist is anxiety but I know what anxiety looks like and this is way different. Any ideas. It’s really scary and before this I had so much energy and was feeling like a teenager. I am 31.
Elevated heart rate and lightheaded with blurry vision
If you lost 8.6 pounds in 9 days, I’d bet that eating little enough to lose that much weight so fast is why you’re feeling ‘lightheaded’. You’re starving yourself. Eat more.
You probably also didn’t get enough salt, and that messed up your electrolytes. You were probably a bit hypovolaemic as a result. Drink a cup or two of salty bone broth a day, and you’ll be fine.
Eat more. 1 lb per day loss is not healthy. 1-2 lbs per WEEK is healthy. And, of course, you know that you didn’t lose 9 lbs of fat. It doesn’t work that way. It seems like you dehydrated yourself. It’s more likely that you lost 2 lbs of fat and 7 pounds of water. Drink more water, eat more salt and eat more fat.
Also, have you had COVID? Have you been tested for COVID and the antibodies? My daughter had COVID and was a “long-hauler”. They are now linking COVID to POTS, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, which has the EXACT symptoms you describe (POTS is also a stand-alone issue). My daughter had a few instances of POTS while sick, but has the less severe, Orthostatic Hypotension. She’s a very tall 22-year old professional dancer and very thin. OH tends to show up in long, thin younger women. Next time this happens, please have your Dr. or the ER check you for both POTS and OH. These were her exact symptoms: When getting up from a sitting or lying down, she would get blurry vision, see stars, and at one point, briefly passed out. A couple of times she felt her heart racing. She went to the Dr. and they did a full heart workup. She was fine. They then had her lie down and stand up and took her heart rate and blood pressure. To get a real diagnosis, you need to go to a Drs. office where they have a tilt table, but this was right at the beginning of COVID in late March and she couldn’t get into a hospital for this. They determined that she had OH and the treatment really is to just get up more slowly. If you are having tachycardia (racing heart) regularly, you have to be carefully check out for POTS.
Meanwhile, please get a COVID test and have them test for the antibodies as well. And read this article:

@Zerimar_Perez Welcome to the forum - sorry to hear you’re experiencing these symptoms. You’ve gotten excellent guidance above (eat sufficient amounts, stay hydrated with adequate electrolytes, and check out postural hypotension issues).
The easiest way to check for hypotension due to posture: lay down for a bit, then stand up. If you’re dizzy, that’s the issue.
I experience(d) this many times when my electrolytes/hydration was inadequate. Again, get plenty of water + salt when cutting out carbs. Eventually you’ll restore your reserves, but this need does not go away.
The good news is that they didn’t find anything wrong with your heart. So relax and explore the simple solutions offered above and keep us posted on your progress.
