Electrolytes uk

Hi all can anyone recommend a good electrolytes supplement/powder /or tablet I can buy in the UK and does everything I need for the keto diet , I know mixing your own is best but I’d prefer a simple powder or something I can just scoop into a drink and know I have everything I need , I work shifts and need something quick and simple .

Thanks they look good but how many of these per day would you need to meet your requirements on keto , thanks for any help

I think approximately two per day based on advice I’ve seen to supplement 2g of sodium in addition to salting your food.

I am a bit random about electrolytes myself and might benefit from doing something standardized. I just put some salt in my water here and there and add some potassium chloride sometimes

I use Zero electrolyte tablets. Only downside: they include sorbitol. But quantity is low, so I don’t worry about it. I get them from the UK.

I have Zero electrolytes from Amazon, just add a tablet to water whenever I feel like it.
