I’ll give it a try today & let you know how it turns out. I appreciate your IP geek-out! (LOL). Thanks!

Dang, Google failed me!! I searched “Brenda Zorn hard boiled eggs” when I was prepping eggs to color, but no results. Shoulda gone to the forum!

Finally got to use your suggestions, worked like a charm, Instant Pot low pressure rice setting 12 minutes, 5 minute natural cool down. Perfectly cooked HB eggs, not a tan one in the bunch.

An interesting thing happened in my pressure cooker!

I thought the egg-web was quite unique!

Years ago, when I visited my in-laws in Austria, my MIL used an egg cooker to make soft boiled eggs for breakfast. They were perfect. every. time. I used to think it was a frivolous purchase until I broke down and got one myself. It’s the same steam principle but you set it and forget about it. Very easy and the eggs are perfect every time. I love it and I don’t recommend this particular brand either. I just pulled one from Amazon as an example. You can pay as much or as little as you want. They are all pretty much all the same. Mine is a Krupps about 5yrs ago and cost around $25 I think.

You won’t have to “sulfur” by eating bad eggs anymore!
