I’ve been following the Egg Fast for 10 days now. The first three days I lost 5lbs and was over the moon, since then I’ve remained the same weight!
I’m eating 6 eggs and 6 fats no more than 3 oz cheese in a six hour eating window. Plus drinking at least 4 litres of water each day.
When I read other blogs and others experiences, most are losing weight every day.
Has anyone any experience of the egg fast and not the regular loss others experience?
I’m a little frustrated, so any insight would be greatly appreciated!
