I started a zero carb diet three weeks ago with one cheat meal in the middle. Over the last week I’ve notice lower leg swelling not the feet just shin area.
It’s very slight in the morning hardly at all and at the end of the day it’s not bad but pretty noticeable when I push it. I use to get that after heavy gluten or sugar meals and when I went keto it went away. Well I got off a month the started zero carb and noticed it at the end of the day. Could it be from salt imbalance or is the body just adjusting. Any input is appreciated.
