Do you still eat even when you aren’t hungry? I haven’t had much of an appetite this week, but feel like I should still eat. Like at dinner time with my family.

I do, but it usually gets me into a spot of trouble when it happens, as I end up on a bit of snacking/eating trail for several hours instead of just eating until satiety. You might consider adjusting your eating windows to include family time.

Sometimes. I focus on eating the right foods right now as I’m not concerned with gaining weight. When I shift back to fat loss I’ll get stricter on my hunger signals and eating windows.

Not if I can help it. Sometimes boredom creeps in and I feel like snacking, but will distract myself.

If fat loss is your goal, don’t eat unless hungry. Your body fat has leptin, when fat is burned it will be released and will help make you sated. Take advantage of it, fat loss will occur faster.
