Eat Well for Less

(ianrobo) #1

whatever you do @Daisy do not watch tonight’s Eat Well for Less

trust me you will burst with the nonsense stated …

#2

Uh oh. I want to watch it now!

#3

I am officially in love with Doctor in the House though. He is such a kind and gentle man.

(ianrobo) #4

yep and compare to this nonsense

a comment just

‘We all know processed meat causes cancer’

another highlight, the dietician (yes one of those) said a T2 diabetic boy needed carbs to live, just how does she live with herself for that advice. glucose is the only enemy source, well #@$% me because that 240 km ride I did must have been on fairy dust then !

#5

Er… maybe I won’t watch it then!

(Dustin Cade) #6

I get irritated with these types of shows…

(ianrobo) #7

I do think even it makes you mad, it makes you determined to get the message out

(Rosemary Easter) #8

I am watching this now 28th with a child with T2 - is it the same programme but repeated? Can’t believe what the dietitian just said, that carbohydrates are very good for you , your heart and brain and will fill you up etc.

That is ‘Eat well for less?’ BBc 1, on tonight 28th June 2018
