Dyslipidemia

Anyone had this on keto?
Can anyone explain it and if keto makes it worse

You can search on YouTube for “Atherogenic dislipidemia” and get a few answers. I kept the phrase not remembering what it meant because it sounds so complicated.
I’m pretty sure it was something keto got rid of.

@DaveKeto
Could this explain the hight blood test results we discussed previously on another post

lol — I answer and participate in dozens of threads a day, you’ll have to refresh my memory.

“Dyslipidemia” usually means high lipids, often referred for LDL.

“Atherogenic dyslipidemia” usually means high LDL and triglycerides with low HDL. Of course, this is very uncommon with a keto diet.
