How long does it usually take to see any improvment in brain working (mood swings, depresion, anxiety, poor memory ? 0,5year, 1 year?
I can add that i dont have any organic damage.

It varies. Some folks very quickly, some folks will need pharmaceuticals for the long haul.
I think it depends a lot on how deranged your metabolism is and how strict a keto diet you adhere to. There are a lot of causes of brain fog etc. Some benefits of ketones are quick due to reducing inflammation. You see ketones are not only a source of energy by a bio-signaling hormone.
A few weeks you might see some improvements but more take effect long term.

I was never in recovery, but once I began low carb it took a few weeks, in that my mood was better and I was feeling more optimistic, energetic and less depressed. I don’t know how much of that can be attributed to low carb eating, and how much can be attributed to weight loss/improved self-esteem/improved self-confidence.
Losing weight isn’t the only benefit of low carb, but it is certainly something tangible you can hang your hat on. In my case, I began to feel more control over my weight and health, and perhaps, on reflection, that has been a source of improved mood and energy.

You could get some MCT oil and take a tablespoon twice a day and see if that helps. Ease into that amount. It can give you diarrhea if you are not used to it. Also, rinse it down. It can irritate the throat if not washed down. I use water. MCT oil becomes ketones and goes to the brain quickly. Don’t take before bed. Might keep you awake. I don’t use MCT every day but did when I started on keto.
Buy high-quality MCT oil. I have used wild foods version and sports research versions.
