Especially the one about the dreaded line at the licence office (yes they spell it wrong here).

My driver’s license information has stayed the same for the past 12+ years. When they ask if anything has changed, it’s easier and quicker just to say “No.” I picked a nice even 300 lbs. at some point, and just suck with that, even while going as high as 340. Got back under 300 in August of last year, but never thought of altering anything. Gotta renew it anyway next spring - will tell it like it is at that point.

Hmm, I guess I’ve never thought about it or cared? Since I can’t tell ya what mine says presently. … Maybe I’ll start just changing my height at each renewal and see if they notice. … Maybe I’ll be 6’ 5" next.

(Michelle) #5

My DMV doesn’t ask.

(Todd Allen) #6

My info has been the same since my license was first issued in 1980. Nobody batted an eye when my listed weight was 30 lbs low. And nobody has noticed that it is now too high.

(Jenny) #7

I’m 23 pounds above the weight on my license. Thank you for pointing out this NSV! At one point I was 112 pounds above that weight

(Todd Allen) #8

That’s an amazing achievement! Especially considering mainstream wisdom/experience that diets fail after 6 months. For me the first 6 months were definitely the best but 2 and 1/2 years into this I’m still making progress although erratic and slow. I’m starting to think I might forever be 1 year from goal but each year I’ll be closer to goal and more content.

Redid mine last January. Proud to enter a weight 25 lbs down. Although the new pics are black and white, hair behind shoulders, no smile showing teeth. For computer based facial recognition. Ugh!

(Jenny) #10

Thank you  It gets more challenging. i know i have to keep switching things up alot, throw in some fasting, and i have started weight training. i was off keto awhile as well so it’s been a slow journey but im back with renewed determination. It hasnt been speedy but it works and i feel amazing so…I’m ok with that!

Recently renewed my Driver’s License, so it is accurate currently. My state has you take these without your glasses so it doesn’t look much like me anyway. My glasses make my eyes huge, in the pic they are tiny slits.

My Id for my fitness center is another story, I am down 40 lbs. from when that was created, Humm, maybe it is time to spend the $3 and get a replacement? And I will need to get a new passport soon, I’m down 45 lbs. from that one, but it will cost way more than $3 to replace the passport.
Fuck
I forgot to renew my liscence
THANKS FOR THE REMINDER!

:rofl::rofl:

Are u gonna change your weight ( if listed )?
Or keep it as “ the old u “

By ur pics, I’m wagering 4 sticks of butter, u weigh less now😍
Actually, I’m all in at 8 sticks of butter

(Katie the Quiche Scoffing Stick Ninja ) #14

Please share the butter

Our Drivers Licences are less offensive, only lists my height.

I am definitely changing that fkn photo but LOL

(Dan Dan) #15

What! it’s not a wish list?

I put down I want to be - 6’, blue eyes, blond hair, 30 years old, 210 lb

I wondered why they looked at me all funny

(KCKO, KCFO 🥥) #16

Yea, I got excited when I realized it was time to renew and I had made all those changes. My new photo doesn’t even look like a person related to the old me. Hair is the only part that would indicate it is the same person.

(Daisy) #17

Well actually my weight is spot on, to the lb. I don’t think I have changed it since it was issued in 1998 (my senior year of high school). It has fluctuated anywhere from 5 lbs down to 15 lbs up (to 42 lbs up during each pregnancy-yes, I gained exactly 42 lbs with both pregnancies and lost it each time).

(Brian) #18

Renewed several months back. It’s says about 20 pounds more than I currently weigh. It wouldn’t be apparent by the little picture. I suspect even at goal weight (another 20 pounds away), that tiny pic won’t look much different. I’m pretty hairy, big beard always, and that doesn’t really lend itself to seeing small changes in weight.
