Ive been pretending to lose weight since early May. You know, losing and gaining the same 10 pounds!
So im trying to do 16/8 IF to break this cycle, then i wake up out of the blue at 4:30 and an hour later im out stacking hay!
I stacked 3 ton by myself in about 4 hours and now in wishing i had stayed in bed!
As many times as i was up and down that haystack I’d swear I was throwing the bales and catching them too!
Please tell me i earned some special keto bonus points or something…

Two things completely foreign to me.

Sounds like hard work to me. Whats a hay bale way like fitty pounds? And doing that for 4 hours?? Keto or not, most people would tired and want to go to bed after that lol. At leastspeaking for myself.
