@Acerun420, we’re here because we genuinely care about the well-being of others. Most people here have dealt with serious health problems, and couldn’t find the answers to their questions. Try getting help from the doctor? Just prescribe another drug.
Sure, keto can be confusing, but that’s because, like the other pointed out, there is not one, easy solution for everybody. We all react differently to the food we eat, and the have to find out what works for us.
I’m like you. My legs cramp and twitch all the time. I’ve been taking magnesium and potassium, but they always feel like they’re right on the edge of cramping up any minute.
I’m thankful you’ve brought this subject up, because I needed to do some more thinking about my situation. I can already tell I don’t react the same as @Regina or @Hapygirl do, and I got to figure out what’s going to work for me.
Reading through these posts, I’ve been thinking I need to see what I can do differently, to get rid of my cramps. Well, for starters, I believe I’ve been taking the supplements wrong. I was taking them all at once, in the evening. Now I realize, if I had read the label in the first place, I should be taking them throughout the day, and not just at once. (What? I’m a man! We don’t read instructions.)
So anyway, Ace. I know communication can be frustrating, but we need to stick together and help each other out. It’s a two way street, so we both need to participate.
Yeah, we may sometimes be rude, difficult, confusing, etc., but one thing this forum is NOT, is uncaring.
Hang in there, be patient, we’ll get this figured out.
