Down 4lbs

I’m thinking to myself after having fruit today this can’t be real. I weighed myself in the afternoon when usually I weigh myself in the morning and I was down for lbs. Maybe it’s because I just left the gym after a great workout. I don’t know but a combination of the fruit & this 4-pound loss is blowing my brain LOL joking

This is great, but the fruit hasn’t had enough time for your body to react to it. You didn’t eat much so it probably won’t have any effect anyways. :cowboy_hat_face:

I gained a pound from using the toilet and taking a shower. I think scales enjoy messing with our heads.

I only ever weigh myself for the laughs, anymore.

LOL good point I guess but when I don’t weigh myself I find that I’m in denial I usually weigh myself two to three times a week

Well done @Karla_Sykes, you are determined and doing really well! Don’t stress about the fruit, an occasional small amount is fine!
The only change I have never been able to make is with my scales! It’s like a step aerobics class in my bedroom sometimes :rofl:

I find a few hours after a hard gym workout I gain weight due to muscle mass healing. Up, down, up, down it goes.

Oh my gosh I re weigh myself today and I’m not down 4 lbs I’m actually down 6 lb
