Wonderful video. Your unwavering faith is your blessing. I love your title, Don’t blame keto for what the carbs did! and oh boy a lot of that is out there but I think, like mentioned, more true facts of a very low carb food program is healthier and becoming more understood by mainstream.

Thanks for sharing. I am happy to hear that the tests are improving and you are on a road to recovery!

Thank you.

We can see it every single day here on the forum. Why did keto cause this or that? How many times do we read someone admit it was years/decades of carbs that caused the problems? Fixing broken stuff sometimes hurts. Simple, common example, I suggest people use the term ‘carb withdrawal’, not ‘keto flu’. Keto is not the problem.

It is great to see that you are doing better, Ron, and that is such an important point you make that it was 49 years eating the SAD diet that has caused your health issues, and thank goodness you found Keto in time to still be around.

I am sorry for your loss of Tracey (your wife?) I was not sure who Tracey is -did your daughter have the baby yet? The last video you posted was that you are going to be a grandpa -with that cute video her revealing that.

I wish you and your family all the best, and I hope that you will be feeling better soon, take care and God Bless =).

Thank you! Yes, Tracy was my beautiful wife of 27 years. We memorized her on our Anniversary. It’s been hard but slowly I’m coming back to life. Again, thank you and the baby is due to be born on March 17 and they are doing well.
