My doctor is pleased with my weight loss, but because of it he is now worried about my bone density and has ordered a DEXA scan. Can someone point me towards any studies involving keto’s beneficial effect on bone density/mass?

I’m sure this is something Megan Ramos has talked about quite a lot as it’s one of the issues she’s used keto to heal.

Yes found it, specifically fasting related but she’s also keto -
- Increases bone growth production, which can help with osteoporosis.

Getting enough salt and Vitamin K will keep your caicium in your bones where it’s supposed to be, and out of your arteries, where it’s not.

Then keto should do it since I eat greens, broccoli, and high fat dairy each day. Thanks!
