I’ll save you all from suffering through this 7 minutes that you can’t get back (damn linear time).
I guess all of this assumes you’re already keto since this guy claims to be a keto guru.

  1. Walk/exercise before eating - if you have 30 mins to spend before every meal?
  2. Take adaptogens (ginger/turmeric/etc.) or other BG managing things e.g. acv before eating - I’ve seen some marginal science but what incremental difference does it really make vs. just keto?
  3. Eat to satiety (eat satiating foods, high fiber?) - no sh!t Sherlock
    And for a BONUS! (who says you don’t get something for nothing?)
  4. Maintain gut biome with pre-biotics/fermented things e.g. sauerkraut, kimchi - ok - but every meal?

No science, but nothing really freaky and a few funny movie clips to add emphasis to key words.
