Do my macros have to be spread and eaten evenly?

hello there, I started keto recently and have my macros all set up after a lot of research.

One thing i am not certain about is, Do my Macros have to be per meal (percentage wise) equal to what my percentage adds up to by the end of the day?

For example if my macros are 75% Fat, 20% Protein, 5% Carbs.

Would eating 1 meal where the the macros are something like 40%,30%,30%, kick me out of keto? Even if by the end of the day it still adds up to 75%,20%,5%?

No… Just make sure to compensate with your other meals to achieve your daily macros.

This is another example as to how grams are a better guide than percentages. No confusion.
