As long as you realize the scale is but one measure but not the only measure, then I don’t see the harm in weighing yourself every day.

Some folks are made a bit insane by regular weighing. Some folks do not have weight or composition goals that require weighing.
I try to weigh every day, and measure every month.

It like seeing progress on the scales. During the time I gained all the weight, I didn’t own scales…

I weigh 2x a week generally and working on my “relationship” with my scale, as I don’t have anymore scale weight to lose.
