Guys! Please calm down I dont want anyone having bad feelings.

I only wanted to know if anyone else had experienced a stitch like pain in their keto journey.

No arguements or disagreements on my watch!

Like I said in my first comment, yes I did. You have to make your own choices, but I’m glad I made the choice to get my pain checked out. Getting checked out by a medical professional does not mean you’re a hypochondriac, only that you take your health seriously. I wish you the best.

You didn’t say if it was upper or lower side. Gallbladder pain can be transient and it may be going to higher fat diet may trigger gallbladder pain. I worked in surgery for 10 years(registered nurse) and the typical gall bladder surgeries were female, 40+, overweight, and a lot of people who have lost significant weight will have gallbladder trouble. Worth getting checked out.

I did when I first started. It went away after about a week. I thought it was my kidneys but the pain didn’t worsen. Trying taking in more salt.

Calm your asses down people before we have to lock this thread and maybe even take actions against individuals.

This will be the one and only warning from the admins.

Thanks.
