#1

Hi Everyone
Hope that all are fine :slightly_smiling_face:

I start keto almost 1year ago and i improved to much my body especially from pains…

But since i was underweight, i was eating a lot ketofoods cooked like to much meat to much eggs for the reason to gain weight…
Even now i add a lot of weight but i still need to gain weight but all of this is okej but,

1 months later a start to have pain in my digestive system especially in the stomach area.
I think this pain is mostly due eating dry and cooked medium foods a lot like meat and eggs(those are primarly foods on keto also).

Hmm and now i don’t know what to do to solve this pain, when i eat to much meat my pain in stomach is increased immediately …
Hmm is anyone experience this problen and solve heal this pain?

Diet: a lot of cooked meat, eggs raw and cooked, and dairy with vegetables.
Small juices and a lot of water.

Really i need yours helps because i dont want to give up on this diet.
This diet heals my body from chronic inflammation and i dont want to give up.

Ill appreciate all replys for helping me solve my annoying pain in stomach(perhaps from gas who knew).
Love my friends

That seems like a lot of protein and not much fat? Too much protein often causes problems so you may do well if you reduce the protein and increase the fat. What does a normal day of eating look like?

Hi @Shortstuff
My one day eating look like:

In morning i eat mostly eggs(raw or scrambled) with yoghurt or milk or with cheese.

And then between 2pm or 4pm a eat a lot of meats in all forms like steak, beef, ground meat that im saying all forms of meat.

And then in night mostly i drink milk(sterilized) or i eat again meat or bananaeggs smooth.

Everything that i cook is cooked with butter.

This is how look my day of eating.

Try removing the dairy and see how you feel. I definitely eat more than my share of whole food protein in a day and have no problems with digestion. Many people have issues with lactose though.

Do you eat fermented foods? Take a GOOD probiotic supplement with over 30 forms? Digestive pain can be especially tricky to diagnose. I always start with ensuring my gut health is optimal by eating fermented foods.

Aso aso.
Thank u for those replys

I will try removing dairy but i think i never hat problems with milk and dairy foods.
What i think is mostly due to cooked to much animal foods and then producing a lot of gas in my stomach but i cant eat raw meat is impossible for me, but i need to try something different and to find what causes this and to solve.

Who knew perhaps someone have the same problem like me and solve by doing something.
So im looking for advice :))
Thanku all :))

High protein will definitely make you sick. For me, it’s a laxative effect like what you’re describing. You should be getting 60% of daily calories from fats.

I think we should look at your current pattern, then tweak it , since you’re comfortable with it.

Eliminate the dairy. As others mentioned, it may be what’s causing problems.

Eliminate the fruits and juices.

Up your fat, preferably with animal fat. Meat is fine, just make sure it contains at least one third fat by weight. Probably a little more initially. Eggs are great.

Eat plenty of fibrous veggies. Pour your melted meat fat over them and season the with spices you like, such as garlic, curry powder, etc.

Try this for a couple of weeks to see how you adapt.
