Differing Opinions in FB Groups

Ketogains isn’t really contrary to keto… they’re more aligned with high muscle growth with lots of resistance training. For those goals, they use higher protein but the baseline is still hormonal with low carb and low insulin.

It also assumes that you’re fat adapted so if you reduce dietary fat, your body will use your own fat effectively.

If you’re not lifting every day, then it doesn’t really align.

I don’t engage on their (or any) FB, but I like their vids.

Thanks for your reply, youre right, we grow out of certain groups…
And once I start yelling at my phone “use the search function, someone asked that question 2 hours ago!!!” it’s time to go…

Totally agree. I’ve stopped yelling, I just roll my eyes. Done with that now.

I left the instant pot group because of this, it had about 15 posts an hour about yogurt, the other were about getting the smell out of the ring. Eye rolling, yelling or any other reaction similar to those two just ruins the experience and the group’s purpose.

Social media posts are very much opinions. And you know what they say about opinions.

Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one but they think each others stink.

As they say around here, “Show me the science.” And as I say after watching Dr. Aseem Malhotra in front of the EU Parliament… “Is that from the 50% of papers that were faked or the 50% that are honest?”

For me, this is kind of the most important issue with my pressure cooker. But use the frickin search function, morons.

Definitely, but not something to post about multiple times in an hour…
