I’ve noticed the same thing and it makes it harder to know who’s giving real guidance and who’s basically running promo on the sly. In keto spaces, that kind of mixed messaging can really throw people off.

I’ve tried to clean up my own feed by trimming accounts that feel too salesy. Fun fact, I once used Famoid for a small project just to boost visibility, so spotting promo posts became way easier afterward.
