What a great story! It takes a lot of courage to refuse medication and take matters in to your own hands. I don’t know if I’d been that brave. :clap:

At that point I figured, what have I got to lose? And I was also beginning to think something wasn’t right about how I was being treated. It just didn’t make sense. So I tried to figure it out myself. And I did! Finding the low carb community online soon after made it so much easier. I was really lucky.
