I eat once per day roughly about the same time at 21h, except of weekends when I have more time to spend for cooking. It’s just weekend when I already for the 3rd time in a row sit not negligible portion of time on a toilet. I eat a lot of fat and I also do enjoy stir-fried Sauerkraut. What may be the problem to avoid for the 4th time?
EDIT: I also feel nausea and it goes further quite often, when I eat more on weekends then I’m accustomed from working week, though still nothing extraordinary.
