I’m so thrilled for you!!! I needed to hear this inspiration, thank you for sharing.
Diagnosis officially no longer diabetic!
I posted this on Facebook @KetoCowboy. It’s getting a lot of shares!
Love the T shirt and you look GREAT!!! -Well done you and a big up for Keto!!!
Brenda you go girl. That is fabulous news. You are an inspiration to me and surely many others. I too want to get the “scarlet D” off my chest or I mean chart. Keep calm and keto on. Mel
Brenda, you’re fantastic! Truly an inspiration to us.
You’ve probably posted them somewhere else, but can you post current A1C and trigs? I want to forward this to my brother, who has T2DM and can’t seem to get motivated to go keto.
AMAZING!
I’m already so inspired by this forum and the podcasts… but here i go adding even more inspiration to the pile. good stuff here!
Congratulation @Brenda, we need to tell the world about this, stop all diabetes complications. My A1C fresh from the press today =5.1%! Lowest so far!
Just got back on here to see what I’ve missed. Trying to get my lipid panel better, but am near positive I’ve tracked things back to my diabetes. Thanks for posting a timeline. It’s good to hear that after enough time the insulin resistance will continue to decrease. Regardless, next step for me is to add muscle mass to accelerate things. Congrats on you bad-ass achievement!
this is an awesome thread.
i may have to show it to MY doctor who refuses to remove Diabetes from my chart even though I now maintain an A1C between 4.9 and 5.3 consistently. frustrating!
@ladylyssa
Tsk tsk
Use the blur spoiler!
I fixed it for you
I didn’t realize my post had the F word in it. Oops
