Dealing with energy crashes on zerocarb


That’s what I think.

I think that perhaps the things I need to avoid cramps are in the veggies I eat. I limit them to the minimum possible, because I want to keep my BG low, but not too low that I don’t get from food what my body needs. When I go without veggies, I have more cramps. But it could be coincidence. These things are so difficult to know for sure.
