Hello. Recently bit by the cold bug and reached for my trusty DayQuil liquid brand of cold meds. Oh by the way I’m on a fast, and I took the dosage and holy cow what a sweet shot! I know sugar makes the medicine go down wow it was sweet. Research shows sugar at 7-10 grams and carbs at 10-19 per dose. Switching ow but just a FYI.

Yes NyQuil is ridiculous. They have solid pills for both day and night. Better off with a Keto hot toddy!
