Daylight Saving

I normally start my eating window (16:8) at 1pm. However, with the recent change in DST, my body is ready to eat by noon. Anyone else notice this change?

Omg I have been ravenous lately. I underestimated how the time change would affect me. I find myself wanting to just eat and curl up in bed lol. And I’m eating a lot after having a big dinner, because it’s like I’m trying keep myself awake longer!

I usually fast on Mondays but because of DST last week I started my fast on Sunday and didn’t eat again until Thursday. So the time change didn’t affect me too bad.
