Day 7 : not meeting my macros

It’s weird to say it, but I get less and less hungry. After my first meal the last thing on my mind is another big fatty meal. I know I’m staying around the 20-25g of carbs or maybe even less. But im slacking on my protein and although I always try to get in as much fat as I can, I still don’t always meet the goal.

My question is, is this bad ? You guys got any tips.

Other than that I’ve felt great! Physically and mentally. I’m ready for week 2!

Its easy, 20g or less of NET carbs per day, protein to maintain lean body mass (https://www.ruled.me/keto-calculator/) and fat to satiety. The clue is in the word satiety. If you are full, stop eating! This is the great thing about a keto diet, you naturally reduce your food intake.

Don’t feel like you have to shove 200g of fat into you mouth each day!

How much protein are you aiming for? In general, 50-75 grams is enough for female and 75-100 for male.
