It’s weird to say it, but I get less and less hungry. After my first meal the last thing on my mind is another big fatty meal. I know I’m staying around the 20-25g of carbs or maybe even less. But im slacking on my protein and although I always try to get in as much fat as I can, I still don’t always meet the goal.
My question is, is this bad ? You guys got any tips.
Other than that I’ve felt great! Physically and mentally. I’m ready for week 2!
