Day 2 questions

Hey everyone!
just a few things… I’m not a sweets person but I’m craving them hard core right now. this is only my second day. a lot i have a desk job and the building is pretty well climate controlled but i am sweating just sitting at my desk. are these things normal?

You’re doing fine! Just drink some cold water and maybe eat a pinch or two of salt. The “keto flu” is basically just low electrolytes. Keep calm and keto on!
