Hi all I’m on day two and feel terrible, headache, spaced out, tired and can’t think straight. Any tips on getting through this bit and when will it end (lol)???

Take a nap, Make sure you have enough salt. Try a bouilion cube and butter.
Fat, water, and salt. Go buy a bag of pork rinds and some chip dip. Or, have some hard boiled eggs and mayo. Use salt and pepper. Try a couple of spoons of coconut oil and some dill pickles. Get the idea?
You may be experiencing what is referred to as “Keto Flu”. I’m sure there are lots of posts on this board on the Keto Flu, but I believe Keto Flu boils down to an electrolyte imbalance that some experience when first starting out on the Keto Diet. Things that may help are an additional intake of salts (Sodium, Potassium, and Magnesium)
A source of Sodium can be table salt.
A source of Potassium can be Potassium Chloride (from a health food store), or purchase “light salt” from a grocery store.
Magnesium can be obtained from the vitamin store/isle, or a Epson Salt (taken in a bath, the magnesium absorbs thru the skin.)

Signs of Keto Flu are signs that your body is adjusting to the change, and that’s a great thing in the long term. In the short term it can sucks, but that’s normal.
If you do a search for ‘Keto flu’ like the other guys suggested, you’ll find lots of tips on how to feel a bit better, and lots of encouragement too. For me, I learned from forum input that my own version of Keto Flu had a lot to do with my body detoxing from LOTS of sugar. 8 weeks in, I have a huge reduction in sugar and it was worth the short term suffering.
