My body shape is d definitely changing but no weight loss, not a pound. After 1/2 year shouldn’t the weight start to come off? I feel like l’m doing things right (-15 g per day). Some days are often under 10. Explain please and thanks.

So many missing facts (your health, weight/height, diet, exercise, …) there’s no way to offer meaningful thoughts. Sorry.

Keto doesn’t guarantee fat-loss (I never ever expect fat-loss just because I eat little carbs and it’s good as it never happens unless I use some “tricks”) but if your body changes for the better, that’s good.
But more info would be good, more ideas would come as potential problems…

So if your body composition is shifting, doesn’t that mean you are losing fat? And just gaining enough lean tissue (muscle or, perhaps, better bone density) to offset the weight of the fat? Is that a problem?

As one esteemed member of these forums likes to ask, which would you prefer: to lose thirty pounds and still look the same, or to stay the same weight, but look thirty pounds lighter?

Body recomposition is happening. Forget the scale, the number means nothing at all. Focus on how your clothes fit as it’s your actual body size that’s important. You’re losing fat, the changes you see show that and it’s the fat you want gone.

You should have lost a respectable amount by now, So your carbs are 10-15g, what about Fat, Protein and all around calories? How active are you?

agree with Ifod cause while it is fab your are changing, you should truly in 6 months have a marked down the scale number so ?? something from the scale even though it should never be that focus, in that amt of time that scale should be moving somewhat…ya know :slight_smile:

agree with what are ya eating and activity but also you on prescrip meds or have a real deal med issue you are handling? Something is blocking you in a way. And how much to lose? bigger number or like 10 lbs only? that can come into play for some.
