I’m on the first day of the keto diet… and having like a serving of steak meat and two eggs after two hour bicycle running…
And I’m watching like this Netflix “Magic Pill” movie… It’s full of information and more importantly, it’s so MOTIVATIONAL…
It reminds me of a friend of mine who suffered from diabetes… and seriously had some issues with the type of food that he eats… I tried to advise him to quit all those junk foods… which he couldn’t… maybe he did not take eating issues seriously…
I really recommend the movie… it’s full of valuable information… I wish I could lose like 22 pounds by the end of October if I can with the motivation I get from this movie… I hope this movie helps other people as well…
