I just started reading Grain Brain and happened to google Dr. Perlmutter and was startled to read this article by Julia Belluz saying he is a quack. Is this just another disinformation article does anyone know?https://www.vox.com/2015/6/24/8838631/grain-brain-perlmutter

I love Perlmutter. I have both of his audiobooks, Grain Brain and Brain Maker, and listen to them at night on a daily basis. I like him and trust him; he explains the science behind this philosophy. For myself, adapting a gluten-free ketogenic lifestyle has been amazing.

I was just looking at the list of so-called quacks on Quackwatch as someone mentioned it on here and there is such a lot of names I don’t know how on earth they were all researched. I had heard only good things about Dr. Perlmutter and obviously must make up my own mind. Only just started Grain Brain and thanks fro replying.

More like out of control stupid, when the mainstream calls doctors quacks I see at as an endorsement, except Dr Oz, that guy sucks.

Yes, that’s the trouble when he is lumped together with Dr. Oz.

Great podcast

Quackwatch has a pro-industrial agenda slant often, from what I recall.
