I’m saddened to let you know that my brother David passed away yesterday aged 46.

David collapsed on Thursday morning during a work meeting and was quickly taken to a nearby hospital. He was well cared for with world class doctors and equipment but there was extensive damage caused by a ruptured brain aneurysm and he never regained consciousness. He passed peacefully and felt no pain.

David was in otherwise excellent health, living a life filled with abundant love and happiness with his wife, Serene and three children - Sophie, Alexander & Laura. He is remembered by parents Peter and Susanne, and brothers - Richard, Bob & Doug

A service will be held in Singapore on Thursday 24th May to celebrate David’s life.

2 Keto Dudes podcasts will take a short hiatus, and be back in a few weeks.

What do you say? He looks so full of life and clearly had everything to live for. I am really sorry for your loss, and please pass my condolences to your family, especially his wife and children.

We are all focussed on our health, and we should all remember to live a full life full of love and joy along the way.
