I am looking for a specific video. Dave Feldman gave a presentation at a conference in the past 12-18mo about Hacking Cholesterol Score.
He talked about being at a previous conference where he invited a random 10 people to have their blood drawn and tested on the spot, then to eat very high fat over the next three days of the conference, then have their blood tested again. In this particular video, he is discussing the results and showing them on the big screen.
