Well, that would cause me a bit of distress. Too much coconut/MCT oil can do a number on some people’s digestive systems. Another thing to think about.

I’ve been on OMAD/keto since 1/2/19 and just a few days of that without water diarrhea. I think I’ve got it narrowed down to probiotics and dairy, although after a couple normal days I went out lastnight and ordered a bowl of chili (Texas, no beans). OMG I was up a lot of the night lastnight! No more spicy food either, I guess.
Thanks to another thread I’m using Bubbie’s fermented sauerkraut and pickles and laying mostly off the dairy and that seems to help.
Odd how I never had much diarrhea before this calendar year, but keto does bring out sensitivities!
Hopefully your daughter won’t give up and go back to junk. This way of life is far better than anything else I’ve tried!
Thank you so much! She is hanging in there. She definitely notices she’s feeling much healthier I’m hoping her system will adjust.
I’m so glad to hear she’s feeling better! This week I had 2 days of feasting (guests) but still on keto, and the water diarrhea seems to be in the past now. Hopefully that was just an adjustment.
Also I have found its amazingly easy to get back to the OMAD plan after a day with 2 meals. So reassuring.
