I hate this keto diet. It’s given me too much energy I can’t seem to burn off. Hiking yesterday evening, hiking early this morning. Tomorrow and Monday morning planned. I want to go hike again right now or ride my bike or run. But I have sore calves and achilles at the moment. Before keto I didn’t have these problems. I was perfectly comfortable sitting in front of the TV with a big bowl of cereal or ice cream. With all this activity I had to buy a new camera, new gps watch, new hat, new hiking clothes and boots soon. Yet with all this energy I still can’t find enough to finish painting the bathroom!
