started keto 4 weeks ago. first 2 weeks nearly no weight loss (2poounds), dumped dairy mid-way (and 90% suclarose). 2 weeks later - 5 pounds off.
feeling better without any dairy, if keto improved my feeling well by 100%, dumping dairy added another 20%.
which makes doing keto tiny bit harder, wondering if it was dairy or excessive protein which comes from dairy.
Dairy stalling weight loss or coincidence?

Interesting, hope someone can answer the question about dairy/protein. I stopped all dairy five days ago and lost more weight.

Not too sure about you main question dairy/protein
Once I all but removed dairy
For me, remarkable NSV
no more bloating, less fatigue, less blah feeling:smile:, more regular
It was not so much the weight, more or less in maintenance I guess
But, all the NSV, well worth the no dairy plan for now
Good luck

It’s not “excess” protein, it’s that dairy protein can be inflammatory for a lot of people and it’s also cross reactive with gluten so if you are gluten sensitive, it’s likely that you are also sensitive to dairy.
