So my weight loss is slow to nil most of the time so I’ve decided to try dairy free starting tomorrow. It really stresses me out because I’m not sure I can get my fat in that way. I don’t like avocado so that’s off the list. Is it important to get all 126 grams of fat in?? I know everyone has a difference of opinion on this.

How long have you been on it? From experience, the goal at first is to become fat adapted, not weight loss. This usually happens after 4-6 weeks on it. Also, how much weight are you trying to lose?

I have been on it for 3 months and have lost 20 lbs. The last 2 weeks I have lost 0.2 lbs a week. I still have about 100 lbs to lose.

Ah, that’s definitely enough time to be fat adapted. I would try to incorporate some intermittent fasting before cutting out the dairy. Maybe like an 8 hour eating window.
