Dairy πŸ₯› and weight!

Can anyone share their experiences either going cheese free or dairy free and let me know if it has sped up weight loss and improved their gut health???

Please share your experiences and how long and results :grin::grin::grin:

Okay, i went carnivore and giving up eggs and dairy really helped. I tried adding them in later. Not good.
Yes, I find I am less constipated without dairy, and milk proteins now give me a headache.

I just got back from LowCarb Denver and the Carnivore Conference. Some people just do better getting things OUT of their diet. I miss them, but such is life. I can’t go back now, the symptoms are far more obvious.

I’ve stopped cheese (but not butter or HWC) for two weeks and have noticed some scale movement. I stopped sweeteners at the same time though. Without the cheese, my fat and calorie intake are lower. Tough to say anything definitive yet.

eating yoghurt and milk increase weight

have not noticed with other dairy

I have been in jetosis for almost 3 months and I’m stalled from months 2-3 despite being so good and keeping my carbs at 10 a day!

The only thing I can think of is the cheese or dairy since my stomach won’t even go down :frowning:
