Is it fine to be at lower calorie levels (800-1500) after becoming adapted?
My hunger is super low. I almost prefer fasting after being on keto 7-8 weeks. At first I was real concerned I would ruin my metabolism without sufficient kcal… Now I’m just concerned about getting micronutrients which I’m talking multi vitamins for. Fasting for 48 to start everyone week then my most preferred window is 20/4 the rest of the week until I have time to go yummy on the weekend where I may eat 3 meals heading in my my 48 hour fast.
Thoughts?
