I’m curious if anyone out there has experience with cyclical keto and can tell me about the experience? Or if you haven’t, maybe you still have knowledge on the subject?
I’m not doing keto for any metabolic issues, weight issues, just as a way to improve health and see how I do on this WOE. I’m a few months in and love the results. Feel great, lost some BF, no food cravings, etc. I’m curious though if after about 6 months of keto if I should theoretically be able to switch back and forth more easily. Does is become like muscle memory? For instance, eating more high carb before hard workouts and then switching back to keto. Any downside? Would my body theoretically switch to fat for fuel more easily after I burn through glycogen during a long workout? Basically trying to see if using both fuels efficiently is possible and if it will make me superhuman?
